Do I need to download an app to participate in a ZIN Studio™ livestream class?
You don't need to download an App in order to take a virtual class. Open the link in the browser on your device. I do recommend using Chrome as your web browser
How to pay the class?
You can pay the class via PayPal, Debit or Credit Card, A direct debit authorization (SEPA Lastschrift), Giropay or SOFORT banking
I've paid but I couldn't make it on time. Can I still join the class?

What should I do if I can't hear anything?
Make sure the volume button at the right bottom is on
Why can't I access the virtual class in my country?
It might be blocked in your country. If this is the case, you need to download an extra App called VPN to access the class
